Do you guarantee your tubers & rooted cuttings?

Yes, we guarantee your tubers will have a viable eye and be true to form. We guarantee our tubers if you follow the planting and care directions as provided. The guarantee is for failed tubers which will be provided the following season with the same variety purchased. The guarantee does not cover plant failure caused by rodents, insects, drought, poor growing practices, neglect or inclement weather both during shipping and your growing season. Should you receive a mislabeled tuber, please contact me and I will ship you a replacement tuber in the Spring.

We guarantee your rooted cuttings will be healthy & true to form. Cuttings will be carefully packaged & shipped in a biodegradable organic soilless growing medium. We guarantee our rooted cuttings as long as you follow the planting and care directions as provided and as long as you open the box the day it is received. We cannot be held responsible for orders left in mail boxes. Please notify us with 24 hours of receipt of any issues with your order. The Guarantee is for replacement of failed rooted cuttings which will be provided the following season with the same Dahlia variety purchased. The Guarantee does not cover plant failure caused by rodents, insects, drought, poor growing practices, neglect or inclement weather both during shipping and your growing season. Should you receive a mislabeled rooted cutting, please contact me & I will ship you a replacement rooted cutting in the Spring.

Please familiarize yourself with your hardiness zone prior to ordering rooted cuttings. If you request a delivery date when your temps are still below 38° they will likely arrive stressed or frozen. If you request a delivery date when your temps are above 85° they will likely arrive stressed or parched. A minimum of 40° and a maximum of 80° is optimal. We do not offer refunds or replacements if you chose a delivery date when your temps are below 38° or above 85°. We are very busy growing, packing & shipping your rooted cuttings. We do not have the time to monitor each customer’s hardiness zone. Thank you!

Will You Make Substitutions to my Order?

I will not substitute one cultivar for a different cultivar unless you request it. There are times that I will need to substitute a tuber with a rooted cutting of the same cultivar or a rooted cutting with a tuber of the same cultivar. If you prefer no substitutions please contact me & I will refund you rather than make a substitution. Otherwise, I will make substitutions at my discretion.

When Will My Order Ship?

Tubers Your order will ship in the month you chose at check-out, there is no option to choose a specific date. We ship each month chronologically in the order received. If you did not request a shipping month at check your tuber order will ship in May. You will receive a notice with the tracking number when your order has shipped.

Rooted Cuttings ship May 2nd through June 10th, 2022, they are filled chronologically in the order received. You will receive a notice with the tracking number when your order has shipped.

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and we'll do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please open your package upon receipt and let me know within 24 hours if there are any issues that need resolution. During the growing season, please notify me by September 1st of any issue that may need resolution. Please contact me with any questions or concerns at any time!

Can I Visit Your Farm?

We are not currently open to the public, as we do not carry the necessary insurance for public visits.
